Follow 4 Simple Steps and Download/Access the EmotiZen App

✅ Step 1: Contact our team via our website messenger or email info@emotizen.ai to request an EmotiZen account. Please note that access is provided through monthly subscription plans tailored for individuals, clinicians, and companies. Our team will respond as soon as possible with pricing and activation details specific to your needs. Once your account is approved and activated, download the EmotiZen App from the App Store or Google Play, or log in via the web.

  • For individuals, please send us a message via the messenger on our website or email info@emotizen.ai, referring to the app's use. Our team will reply shortly by opening your account.   
  • For businesses, organizations, public institutions, and professionals, please send us a message via the messenger on our website or email info@emotizen.ai, referencing your use of the app. We will reply shortly by opening your account. 
  • For employees, you only need to download the app (Step 2) since your company will open your account after they register with EmotiZen.
  • Businesses, organizations, and professionals can access their intelligent dashboards directly from desktops. Individuals and employees can download the EmotiZen AI app from the App Store or Google Play, or access it directly from their desktops.


✅ Step 2: Individuals and employees answer short medical questions

  • Individuals and employees should answer the questions as accurately as possible, usually taking less than 4 minutes. The answers will be completely anonymous, protecting individuals' privacy, and the employees will not be at risk of revealing their ID to their companies. 
  • The individuals will also be entirely private, and their names will be protected. However, mental health experts supporting the individuals can access their results to help them further, using human empathy, while fully respecting their privacy.


✅ Step 3: Obtain accurate insights into your anxiety and mood levels in seconds

  • The EmotiZen App provides invaluable insights into individuals' anxiety, mood, or ADHD based on their answers in seconds in real-time. Simultaneously, the app offers evidence-based iCBT recommendations tailored to their anticipated mental state, supporting them as effectively as possible.
  • Businesses and organizations can anonymously monitor employees' anxiety levels and moods through EmotiZen intelligent dashboards. After employees answer short medical questionnaires via the EmotiZen App, companies receive accurate insights and evidence-based recommendations for their employees, all while protecting their privacy and respecting their anonymity. Consequently, based on EmotiZen's true-to-life insights and suggestions, firms can enhance their working environments and create a more sound and pleasant atmosphere, thereby reducing employee absenteeism.
  • Proficients are also in place to monitor each patient's mental health issues via their intelligent dashboards in real-time.
